As the Universe revolves through Space, the Universe evolves through Time.
All Energy, Matter & Motion in a Space-Time-Reality is continuously expanding, developing & growing.
From the perspective of a 3 dimensional reality, it is only posible to experience 3 dimensions of space and 3 dimensions of time.
