Mental Health

Mental Health is the wellbeing of the Mind.

The Mind is the medium through which choice becomes possible, as a conscious thought.

Mind, Consciousness & Thought are the three principle requirements, necessary for Individual Choice.

Mental Health is an individual choice. The ability of an Individual to choose a healthy mind is called wisdom. Wise choices of the mental mind allow a healthy existence for the physical body to emotionally experience.

Mental health is an attribute of the mind, which is attainable, not a condition of the brain that is inherent. A healthy mind allows the optimum function of the brain. The brain is a processor of thought on different levels of consciousness. Hence, different frequencies of brain wave activity.

  • A Healthy Mind chooses a wise perspective, based on wise beliefs
  • An unhealthy mind is presently choosing a negative perspective, based on fears & limiting beliefs

The belief that the brain creates thoughts that cause a mind to become conscious, is not wise. It allows the brain to be the cause of mental illness, which it is not.

The belief that mental health problems are an illness, due to the malfunction of the brain, is not wise. It perceives mental health to be an illness, which is a problem; instead of an opportunity of being well.

  • Wellness is the positive state of a healthy mind
  • Illness is the negative state of an unhealthy mind

The condition of the brain is relative to the state of the mind, which is relative to the polarity & inclination of personal perspective. A healthy mind allows the brain to function well and an unhealthy mind doesn’t. A positive perspective is beneficial & healthy and a negative perspective is detrimental & unhealthy. The mind makes conscious choices based on positively wise beliefs or negatively detrimental beliefs. The belief in anything that is unhealthy is unwise.

  • A mind that chooses itself to be healthy is wise
  • A mind that makes unhealthy choices is unwise

An unhealthy mind chooses to blame its brain for choosing unwise choices. The primary unwise choice of an unhealthy mind is the belief that illness happens to it. Illness is a problem that is caused by the personal & collective belief that I am not well. When I believe that I am not well, I believe that I am ill. I believe that I am either physically unwell or mentally ill. I believe that either my body is affected, afflicted or infected with an illness, or my mind is. This is not wise because whatever I believe to be the truth of my reality becomes a really true experience. When I mentally believe that I am sick, I experience that as my physical reality.

Mental health allows the beneficial experience of a healthy physical world with a thriving existence. The only thing that poisons the healthy physical world, into which we are all born, is our own personal or collective belief system. When we see our external physical world as toxic, pathogenic, unhealthy & dangerous, we are without the innate wisdom of our own mental health. Without which, we are forced to rely on an external ‘health service’ to restore both our physical and our mental health.

Without the wisdom to know that only our own mental choices can change any personal physical effects in our life, we will continue to abdicate the responsibility for our own wellbeing to an external ‘illness service’, which we falsely believe will solve all of our physical & mental illness problems.

Mental health is not a problem. It is an opportune choice that only a wise person can individually, intellectually & intuitively choose for their Self.
