Self-Consciousness is being conscious of our ego Self without awareness of our Soul.
We become self-conscious when we do not recognise the power and authority of our Soul because we are without awareness.
Unawareness of our true Identity and our true power will result in us being embarrassed to be our Self.
The flush of embarrassment is the heat created by the resistance caused by our conscious self to the power being transmitted by our Soul.
We are conscious of our physical Self and this constitutes our ego.
Our Soul is aware of our Spiritual Identity and who we really are.
Whilst the Self remains unaware of its true Identity, it will suffer an identity crisis called being self-conscious.
Self-consciousness is being without our true authority and the ability to process our power effectively.
We call this a lack of self-worth but really it is an overdose of our power or true worth.
