Putting on a Brave Face

Putting on a brave face is pretending to be happy. It is failing to be happy and denying the failure.

It is appearing to be happy to please other people, usually when their happiness is dependent on our being happy.

Putting on a brave face is containing or suppressing our negative feelings and beliefs, whilst creating a deceitful positive drama.

A positive drama is still a drama that has an unmet emotional need and a false or limiting belief.

When we pretend to be happy, we are hiding behind the facade of a concocted character and a false personality that is not who we really are.

A brave face is the outward expression of a brave little soldier who has been taught not to show any negative emotion (tantrums) in order to please the ego beliefs of their higher authority.

Putting on a brave face is accepting that suffering is inevitable. It is seeking acknowledgement of our martyrdom instead of becoming a poor me to our unhappiness.

Bravery is a false power designed to overcome fear. It is the emotional strength to hide and deny fear.

With Love and Truth, courage and bravery become unnecessary. Love is our true power and Truth will always overcome fear.

The Face of Truth has no deceit and requires no heroism to overcome fear, just the Power of Love & the Light of our Truth.
